A mother to three boys aged 14, 11 and 9, I’ve been on this lovely island for the past 17 years. I completed my Masters in Personnel Management from India before joining my husband in Bahrain. My career started out with an HR consulting firm in India and then with KPMG Consulting, Bahrain following which, I took a break to enjoy motherhood first-hand for a few years. In 2013, I joined Early Learners Nursery, Saar as the Administrator and since then have thoroughly enjoyed my time with a Nursery environment and with the very lovely young ones that I have had the opportunity to get to know. Having worked with Lyn for the past 4 years, I’m now looking forward to new and exciting adventures at Kinder World Pre-school!

My name is Evelien Bruckner, I have been married for 16 years to an amazing husband and I grew up in Holland and have 5 children, four boys and one girl. My family and I have lived in the Middle East, since 2010. We lived in Saudi Arabia for 2 and a half years and almost 7 years here in Bahrain and we simply love working and living here on this little Island we call home. I love to sing and play music. I am a fan of tennis and enjoy playing and watching the game. I also like to take long walks and swim. Five years ago I was so blessed to start working with children at the British school of Bahrain and after that at Early Learners. When you are passionate about children, it isn’t very hard to love the job you do. That’s how I feel when I work with children. It’s amazing to see how children develop and grow and to see them having all these new experiences at school, it’s an absolute privilege.
